    Sharing bowls of tea in meditative silence moves us into a deeper body awareness. From this depth, we’ll explore all the ways our bodies want to move us, letting the intuitive engagement with our body be the guide.

  • Somatic Flow

    This class blends guided direction with your body’s intuitive knowledge. With some gentle invitations that help move you into the parts of your body that are calling for your attention, you’ll find yourself moving more naturally, trusting the movements that feel good, and finding new vitality in your body.
