During each season, I journey to sit with my beloved plant allies — listening to their wisdom, and respectfully harvesting what they are willing to share for medicine-making. Some are respectfully wildcrafted and others are grown in my garden from seed. Still, other plants that are from distant lands, I source from those who respect the land, the plants, and those who caretake them.

This is my personal prayer practice. Each bottle is a reflection of a lovingly-tended relationship. I’m grateful to be sharing the wisdom-medicine of my plant allies with you.
